Anurag knows the industry inside-out and is a stalwart with over 20 years at the helm of major roles in Volkswagen, Volvo, Bosch, Bajaj Auto, and Shriram Pistons & Rings, he brings a sharp strategic mind and a deep understanding of what it takes to run complex operations. He is highly recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for spearheading the development and expansion of new businesses, as well as for growing and directing large teams and leading high-impact business transformation initiatives in line with industry trends. He has held leadership positions managing Pan India operations through large teams and possesses unparalleled hands on experience in creating new teams, policies, procedures. Calm, focused, and detail-driven — he’s the steady hand behind our systems and processes.
Shobhit is a seasoned sales and business leader and visionary with 22+ years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, having successfully led large teams and businesses across India and international markets. He has strategized and driven extraordinary growth as Sales Head at multiple global MNCs like ZF Friedrichshafen, Henkel Adhesives and Shriram Pistons and more recently was the Managing Director of one of the country’s leading distribution companies. As an industry veteran, he has built robust distribution networks, launched national-level sales strategies, and delivered consistent year-on-year growth and is a master of combining traditional sales excellence with modern business innovation. Known for his non-nonsense execution and people-first attitude, he’s the guy who makes sure things get done — the right way.
Manmohit has been deep in the trenches of the aftermarket space, both in India and internationally. He’s spent over 20 years working with distributors, understanding market needs, and growing brand presence and is widely recognised for his contribution to the after-market industry in driving every day sales. With his deep understanding and experience on parts and service especially in European and British cars he brings lot of synergy and knowledge to be a bridge between customers and manufacturers, he also brings to the table 7 years of experience of working in middle east understanding global markets and products in this field.
